Postman Drive
A game for post office staff: help customers use the self-service zone and level up together with Pochtron the robot.
2026 · Telegram bot · client work
My role: everything. The mechanics, the bot, the database, the reports for supervisors, Pochtron's pictures and lines.
The task
Post offices have self-service terminals, but out of habit people still queue at the counter and fill in paper forms. The goal was to get young staff to walk up to customers and help them send parcels through the terminal, and to do it for fun, not because they have to.

Pochtron
The bot is run by Pochtron, a sorting robot who has lived inside the postal system since 2004. He grumbles, remembers the paper-form queues, praises specifically and scolds with a joke. Every message is in his voice, and every situation has its own picture.
XP, ranks and achievements
Every action earns experience: helped send a parcel via the terminal, +30; a 60+ customer did it on their own, +25; a customer went back to a paper form, −5. Six ranks from Rookie Trainee to Post Office Legend, achievements, streaks, a morning brief and an evening report.
One boss for everyone
Once a month an admin unleashes the Bureaucratosaur: 200,000 HP and 30 days to beat it. Every XP any agent earns takes one hit point off, so the whole country fights it together. Penalties deal no damage.
Under the hood
aiogram 3 and SQLite, with a custom scheduler for messages across time zones. A leaderboard by post office, and supervisors follow progress in Google Sheets: the bot exports the tables there itself.
